The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, which overlooks the lake, you will find a sun lounger area where you can sunbathe and a porch equipped with a sofa area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. In addition, there is a second terrace with barbecue, so you can cook great grilled dishes. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the one-storey villa, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the relaxation you deserve. The living/dining room has AC and TV-sat. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need to cook in comfort. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
