This beautiful villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos. The property has 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 people. There are three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The villa is about 150 m², and sits on a good size plot. The property has golf views and distant sea views at the rear and is located very close to the communal swimming pool. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.
Use of the indoor pool and gym is free. There are also reduced rates if you wish to play golf or play tennis. The resort also has archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well.
The accommodation has a lovely terrace at the rear with outdoor garden furniture, gas barbecue, and free use of the communal swimming pool. In addition, there is an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house and television. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The property is located close to the Boavista golf course reception, Spa and the resort restaurant. The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) are just a short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.
