This is a wonderful house just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. The house is surrounded by the sea in both sides. It can accommodate 4 people.
The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca.
The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
