Enjoy your own piece of Mallorca in this nice terraced town house: bask in the sun (four loungers), swim in the private, 5.4 meters x 2.7 meters chlorine pool (depht: 1.5m) or enjoy great al fresco dining on the terrace. You’ll find a barbecue and a ping pong table. There’s an exterior shower, perfect for taking a quick shower before and after swimming. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
In the interior decoration, we can see the great dedication and love of the owners towards this house. It is tastefully equipped so that you can feel at home. The house has AC in all its rooms. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
