The house has 4 very spacious rooms, 2 of them with a double bed. A large bright living room with a flat screen TV. The house also has a very large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch facing the sea. At the bottom you can park your car.
If you like water sports, the house has a kayak. You can also go for rides with the bicycles that are in the house.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Tasa Turística:
- 2.2 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 16 years old).
