The Home
This retreat is the perfect family holiday home. Situated directly across the road with uninterrupted views of Geographe Bay, you will wake up in the morning to beautiful sunrises across the bay. Start your day with a walk along the foreshore on the path that winds its way through ancient groves of peppi trees, or walk into town to grab a coffee and croissant for breakfast.
The house features a large front deck and enclosed yard, perfect for lazy afternoons enjoying a BBQ or sunset drinks. Entering the house, the main living, kitchen and dining area are at the front of the home with views to Geographe Bay. The master bedroom and 3-way ensuite are also at the front of the house with great views. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle section of the house and both have queen-sized beds. At the rear of the house is the fourth bedroom, which has a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
