Perched on the top of a hill overlooking the stunning Cala en Brut in Menorca, it would be hard to find a better located villa in our portfolio. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is on the first line of the beach. Ciutadella is an 11 minute drive away and has all the amenities needed and there are bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Cala en Brut is a beautiful small cove where people enjoy jumping from the low flat rock platforms into the crystal clear water.
This brand new, super modern house is perfect for a break in the Menorca sunshine. Behind electric wooden gates ensuring total privacy, no expense has been spared in making sure that all fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
