Villa is an ecological, traditional villa offering absolute privacy. It was built in 2001 in the quiet village of Prines only 6km from the vibrant town of Rethymnon, Crete.
The air-conditioned ground floor Villa has 120 m² of living space.
There is a nice , spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen ( with all cooking facilities ) , with a corner fireplace and a stone corner seating area.There is also a wooden dining area with sufficient place settings for up to four people. The big balcony door opens up to the private garden in where exists a big dining table also for five people. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Please, respect the "siesta" time (quite hours) 14:00-17:00 & 23:00-07:00 by not making excessive noise or disturbing your neighbors.
