Welcome to High Meadow, an Property Manager home!
Gather the whole crew for an adventure at this spacious 6-bedroom mountain house. You’ll have everything you need for a good time, plus more. A huge main room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and windows overlooking the mountains sets the tone for the rest of the home: lofty and impressive. With an indoor pool, hot tub, and game room, your group will always have something fun to do. Bonus: there’s also a fully equipped BYOB bar for hanging out between rounds of pool and foosball!
Nearby Activities: The Moose Cafe, Snowbird, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain, White Pine Touring, Montage at Deer Valley Spa, Bobsled Ride at Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street.
Park City, Utah’s most famous ski town, offers big adventures within a small, charming community. Winter sports enthusiasts flock here for great powder, while The Sundance Film Festival in January attracts industry names and fans of indie cinema. Park City’s summers are just as special as the winter peak season. Hot air ballooning, fly fishing, rafting, spa-ing, and hiking 400 miles of panoramic trails mean there’s never a dull moment in this vibrant city of art, nature, and activity.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The home sits on a hill and the driveway is on a steep incline (heated as well). If the driveway is covered in snow or ice it is recommended that guests do not use it.
- The indoor pool is heated year-round, free of charge.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- There is only A/C on the top floor. While the bottom floor stays quite cool, the main level can get warm during the day due to the giant windows, which allow direct sunlight in, making it difficult for the A/C from the top floor to effectively cool the area.

This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
