This standalone home is located on Adams Ranch Road in Mountain Village with stunning views of the surrounding vistas from every window. Guests enter the home from the front door off of the private driveway and are welcomed into a vaulted entryway. Up a half flight of stairs is the main living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and great views to the north and west. The living room has large comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV, a gas-burning fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a small bar area with glasses. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has seating for eight at the table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
