Welcome to Etta Place 5, an Property Manager home!
This one-bedroom condo sits right at the base of the ski hill, offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience and a classic mountain setting surrounded by Telluride’s dramatic alpine landscape.
Guests enter the home by heading up a short set of stairs to the Etta Place One landing. Inside, you’re welcomed into an open living area featuring a queen sofa sleeper and flatscreen TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare complete meals after a day outdoors.
The bedroom is located down the hallway and features a comfortable queen bed. A hallway bathroom offers a spacious vanity and a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure.
Guests also have access to the communal hot tub located in the shared space between the condos—an ideal place to unwind after a day on the slopes, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and relax tired muscles while taking in the surrounding peaks.
From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open. The chairlift is located right next to the property, making it easy to ski in and out during the season and enjoy quick access to the mountain.

With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!
*Home Truths:*
- The complex has a common coin-operated laundry room.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a bike rack outside the building that guests are welcome to use.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
Parking Details:
Parking is available for 1 car across the street from Etta Place at the Shandoka Parking Lot. This is a first-come, first-served lot. Vehicles can be registered for parking after check-in.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
