The Neighborhood
We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City, near the Ventnor border. The neighborhood is among Atlantic City's most sought after, featuring an array of historic homes, particularly along the beach blocks. This is generally a quiet part of town comprised, mostly, of residential buildings and homes, with a few commercial drags offering an array of cuisines and neighborhood essentials. We are a short drive / Uber ride from all of Atlantic City's casinos. The world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk is a 4-block walk from our home, with access to both the beach and Boardwalk at S Annapolis Ave. This section of the Boardwalk is among the most desirable as it is quieter than near the hotels & casinos. Our home is on the bay side, a few houses off the bay, which is particularly beautiful around sunset. While you're in town: Start your day with bagels from Hot Bagels & More. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
