Directly across Highway 40, you can choose from the popular winter activities of snowmobiling and sleigh rides.
During the summer months, a bike path leads directly from the property to the great trail system for mountain biking in the Fraser Valley. The same bike trails will provide winter access to snowshoeing and cross country skiing, so you won’t have to leave the property to find activities and enjoy the outdoors

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pool, hot tubs, sauna and locker rooms will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. CLOSED Monday to Thursday.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
