Fragia’s House is an extraordinary luxurious villa, that can host 6 persons and is located in an unbelievable location on a top of a hill with incredible unobstructed views of the whole area, the mountains and the sea, and just 8km from many famous and fully organized sandy beaches of Chania city.
The original building was built in 1900 and is just fully renovated. The house has 2 bedrooms and a loft, one en-suite bathroom and one shared. There is a large open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen and a big living area. The living rooms are fully equipped with all modern appliances, and satellite TVs and are fully furnished with sofas, and dining tables and are sophisticatedly decorated. There is a 22 sq.m. private swimming pool with hydromassage and a Sauna (with extra charge).

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Bed linen is changed every 2 days.
