The condominium is very safe, and in addition to the exit to the beach, in the back it is possible to access a trail that leads to Lagoa da Conceição. Perfect for families and couples with a city view.
On one side of the condominium is Praia Mole, a great tourist destination for those looking for tranquility and even adventure. It is well known for those looking to learn the sport, mainly surfing, paragliding or hang gliding and hiking.
On the other side is Lagoa da Conceição, as well as Praia Mole, an excellent attraction as well. It is a good choice for those who like stand-up paddle, kayaking or for a simple picnic. There are trails in the surroundings that are also an option for those who enjoy trekking or mountain biking....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 5% of the rental plus extras (vat not included).
- - Optional services:
- Parking: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
