This stunning 3 bed 3 full bath condo has a large balcony with breathtaking 10th floor views of Ole River, the bay and Ono Island. This condo has some of the best views in the entire building and on the island! The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach.
Unit 1006 features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have large attached modern bathrooms. There is plenty of seating on the balcony. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer inside and wi-fi is provided. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms. Free Wifi.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25.
- You will enter the unit using a code on the door or keys that are provided in a lock box. Door and lock box codes will be provided to you about 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- This property is NOT pet Friendly.
- Parking passes are $40 each and purchased at the time of arrival through the HOA. Maximum 2 vehicles- strict.
