Seagrove Highlands 2205 Stairwell Tread Repairs will begin March 31, 2025. Work will be done one stairwell at a time. Stairwells under repair will be closed off. The Roof Replacement Project is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the 1000 building. Each building is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete. Walkway Coating will start with the 2000 building on April 21, 2025. This process will not allow occupancy in the units of the 2000 building for four days, weather permitting. Once the roof is complete on the 1000 building, they will replace the first-floor coating systems in the 1000 building. That date and walkway/elevator closures will be confirmed, and notice will be sent out as the roofing is wrapping up on the 1000 building. Rough estimate of construction completion: June 15th, 2025. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
