Sant Adrià de Besòs Beach is just 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre can be reached in a comfortable 10-minute bus ride or 25-minute walk from the property.
Inspired by the colors of the sea, our local interior designers have created a relaxing space for up to 8 guests fitted with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a comfortable living-dining area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The property has 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 bathroom with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
