You can even walk to the bus station (on the 192) and go to Disney or the outlet malls without renting a car. Oakwater Resort is a really well-maintained and safe resort that features a lagoon-style pool (heated in the winter months), children’s play area, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a fitness center. All of this comes complimentary when you book our home. The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots and pans...). Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions. You need to be 21+ to book our properties. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Please contact us to get our frequently asked questions email.
