Just a few steps of the well-known Hollywood Beach Boardwalk were you can find the best entertainment and dining right on the beach. Our condos are equipped with full kitchens and our studios with fridge & coffee maker. Enjoy our place like you own it. There is no need for a car on this beach. On the boardwalk you will find bike rentals.

Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $37.10/day. If you are staying 14 days, it’s $280.75. If you are staying 30 days+, it will be $560.50. These prices include tax.
You will have to pay a $25/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 30 days. For more than 30 days, it’s $12.50/day.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
