The Inn at Beulah Beach provides the perfect accommodation; a former B & B, it has room for 20 guests ,and is steps from the sandy beach directly across the road. It is as functional and convenient as it is gorgeous. "Casual elegance" describes the beach house decor. The warmth of the custom woodwork throughout the first floor creates cozy common areas that encourage old fashioned down time. Full size pool table, games, reading chairs, and a field stone fireplace just might compete with beach time and Main Street window shopping. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am everyday.
- Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- This is verified through messages with the guests.
- (At pet friendly properties) There will be a separate dog fee of $150 for one dog or $200 for two dogs, charged prior to arrival.
- Pets are not to be left alone at the properties as to not disturb other guests.
- We do not allow any parties/events etc. to happen at any of our properties.
- Please Note: We do not allow smoking of any kind (no matter how legal) on the premises and will add a $200 charge for the smell of smoke in the units.
