The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a family needs for a memorable vacation. Enjoy the warm, sandy beach right outside and walk along the warm waters of the Atlantic for miles on end. Sunrises and sunsets can be a mesmerizing splash of gold across the sky and even the rain can occasionally produce double rainbows visible from your balcony. The building’s many amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and a beautiful interior courtyard. If you feel adventurous, there is a bus that can be caught right outside on Coastal Highway that will take you down to the city’s ’Boardwalk’. Plus, a plethora of restaurants, shopping options, and attractions are right across the street! After your day at the beach or Boardwalk, you can return to the condominium that has TVs equipped with Blu-ray or DVD players. The condo has secure WiFi that provides streaming entertainment options and internet access. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. Den includes two entrances. The hall entrance includes constructed wall with pocket doors for privacy and the kitchen entrance includes an accordion style divider with dark curtain for privacy. A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
