For those looking for a quieter pace - but within striking distance of all the major sights – making this Praiano home your base is a most excellent option to enjoy the Amafi Coastline.
The first clue that this chic and stylish Italian rental home exists is the dramatic dark-red wall which is very easy to overlook as you drive through the few homes and small boutique hotels on the outskirts of the village of Praiano. The coast road, clinging snugly to the cliffside, is an endless route of one magnificent picture-postcard view after another. Vistas at each turn reveal the bonbon-sweet Positano with its pastel-coloured homes, dramatic gorges with tiny fishing boats bobbing at the base and steep, terraced hillsides covered with vines, citrus trees and vegetable patches. The whole is utterly charming.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - There is a weekly charge to use the parking space.
- - Please note winter in Positano is low season, where most restaurants and stores are closed
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (IT0010)
