Plenty of outdoor seating creates a comfortable space to relax and take in the peaceful view of Lake Arrowhead while enjoying a casual meal. It’s all just a short walk away from a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach along Kingston Plantation. The outdoor pool is just steps away and open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to 78 Fitness, Spa 33, the Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation. However, they are welcome to use the Richmond Park Pool, just a few steps away, beside Laurel Court. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the screened in porch. Pets are not allowed at any time. Per Kingston Plantation HOA Policy: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Limited trailer parking is available, however the resort charges a daily fee and prior arrangements must be made.
