Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
