Villa Sea-Esta is new newly built villa located in the south coast of Crete, near the traditional village Sellia. The main characteristic of this plot is the outstanding sea view beside the pool, with beautiful views over the Libyan sea and the surrounding area. It’s an "adults only" accommodation, where you can find the total privacy through your stay.
This modern yet minimal luxury villa offers two bedrooms and a modern decorated living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, all laid in the ground floor.
The big balcony door opens up to the private pool and patio, which features a covered lounge area, a dining area, sunbeds and lounges. Wi-Fi internet is available in every room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
