This beautiful house is decorated tastefully, in a summery style. The Sea view is amazing. The house belongs to an island-style complex located at the well known Plakias village on the south Crete.
Guests can share the common pools on a river shape and the gardens.
only 500m away from the beach, 200m from the shops, taverns and bars. 5 minutes walk takes to the small old harbor.
Inside area
On the ground floor, there is a nicely decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities. The big balcony door opens up to to an amazing sea view, with dining table for six people. Wi-Fi internet is available in every room. There is a small place with a washing machine and air condition units are in the house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
