Simply yet tastefully decorated Villa belongs to a island-style complex, at Kavros area. The air-conditioned Villa has 118 m² of living space laid over two floors. On the ground floor there is a nice decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and a dining area with sufficient place settings for up to six people. Wireless internet is available in every room. There is a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners. Guests can use herbs and lemons that can be found in the common gardens, for your meals. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds both of them. On that floor there is a bathroom and washing machine in the corridor, in a special place out of that bathroom . Baby cot and baby chair provided by request. The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying a dinner with family and friends. There is a dining table and six chairs. On the roof terrace there is a small lounge and in the front patio a small coffee table and chairs. Sun loungers are provided on the terrace and guests can share the two common pools and the common gardens. Also guests can use the BBQ at the common BBQ area which is covered by a spacious pergola, to make delicious meals by yourself or with the help of a private chef (upon request). Free private parking is offered at the property. The house is spacious and built to the highest standards of construction. Every house has its own roof terrace with stunning sea views over Kavros beach which is only 800 meters away. Guests will have access to all areas indoor. Also free access at the common pool, the common BBQ, common parking and the common gardens. We, manage the properties on behalf of the owners. In about 3 km from Kavros Sea Front View is located the famous beach resort of Georgioupolis. Georgiopolis, once a fishermen village has now become a tourist resort with outstanding natural beauty. There you can find the river of Almyros which is connected to the sea through a beautiful small port. In Georgioupolis area you can find a variety of restaurants, beach bars, super markets and everything else you might need. The villa is less than 20 km from Rethymno and 43 km from Chania. In Kavros, about 1000 m away from the villa there is a bus stop.
