The air-conditioned Villa has 86 m² of living space laid over two floors. On the ground floor there is a nice decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and a dining area with sufficient place settings for up to five people. The big balcony door opens up to the private garden and patio in where exist a big dining table also for five people. Wi Fi internet is available in every room. There is a flat screen satelite TV and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners. Guests can use herbs and lemons that can be found in the common gardens, for your meals. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with one single bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds. Also on that floor there is a bathroom with shower and on the corridor a space with a washing machine. Baby cot and baby chair provided by request. Outside area From the first floor’s balconies and the roof terrace the guests can enjoy the spectacular sea view by the sunset, the mountains and green fields of Northern Crete! The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying a dinner with family and friends. Triton Villa is located in a peaceful complex where you can take a ride through it and you can feel the absolute natural beauty of the island. Sun loungers are provided on the terrace and guests can share the two common pools and the common gardens. Also guests can use the BBQ at the common BBQ area which is covered by a spacious pergola, to make delicious meals by yourself or with the help of a private chef (upon request). Guests will have access to all areas indoor and outdoor! We, manage the properties on behalf of the owners. We will send you a message just before your holiday starts so you will have our arrival details. We will be in contact with you during your arrival. If you arrive until 20:00 we will be there to welcome you in the house/villa in order to help you with any questions you have about the house details but also suggestions for places you can visit. In about 3 km from Kavros Sea Front View is located the famous beach resort of Georgioupolis. Georgiopolis, once a fishermen village has now become a tourist resort with outstanding natural beauty. There you can find the river of Almyros which is connected to the sea through a beautiful small port.
