The Home
Beautifully upgraded home with three California king master with ensuites and two children’s rooms with full over full bunk beds. One of the master bedrooms is detached from the house, and the entrance is located by the patio area. All bedrooms have 47’ LCD TV with cable TV.
The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, travertine floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays. The two children’s room shares a full bath in the hallway.
The partial open concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with additional seating at a second table and kitchen countertop. Right off the kitchen are the half bath and full-size washer and dryer for guests’ use.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
- No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
- No outside music, screaming, or yelling
