Villa Comporta III is a lovely Portuguese style villa located in a quiet area, on the beautiful and calm Alentejo coast. The interior of the property is bright and spacious and the kitchen is modern and is open plan with a dining area. From the dining area leads to the outside
Terrace area with a dining table and chairs and there are sunbeds around the swimming pool. Outside there is also a barbecue and private parking. The lounge is spacious with comfortable sofas off here stairs lead to the first floor.
The area is known for its family beach outings, far from the hustle and bustle of the capital and the villa is in a prime location as the beach is at a mere 2.5 km away. The area is great for exploring from medieval castles, Roman ruins to Renaissance houses, the area is steeped in history and a wonderful place to learn about the Portuguese culture.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
