This is a luxurious contemporary villa in Quinta do Peru Golf Resort. With the capacity to shelter up to 12 guests, this exceptional property comes with 5 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living, and dining area in open space with large windows, allowing lots of light to come in. Air conditioning is available on both floors. On the exterior, a private heated swimming pool: 12 m x 5 m, an outdoor dining area and a large garden with lots of space for children to play, are at guests’ disposal. Private parking is also available inside the property.
Quinta do Peru Golf is on-site and in the vicinity of the resort a couple of restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and pharmacies can be found. Within a 20 minute drive, several beaches can be reached, such as Lagoa de Albufeira, Praia do Meco or Portinho da Arrábida. This region is known to be a family-friendly destination with Serra da Arrábida on the background, so take time to drive or walk through the natural park and find the superb sea views or the Convento da Arrábida, a monastery built on the 16th century.

The house is located 8 km away from the village of Azeitão, where you can find a reasonably wide range of shops, bakery, butcher, bank, post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets at Sesimbra or Setúbal.
The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss roll (tortas) are the specialties of the village.
Sesimbra, the closest city, is famous for its fish and shellfish restaurants.
Portinho da Arrábida and Lagoa de Albufeira are the closest beaches, 15 minutes by car.
