Villa offers clients the privacy of a villa with its own pool yet perfectly situated in central Puerto del Carmen only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The dining room comes with an arched entrance leading to a modern fitted kitchen with a large fridge, separate freezer, electric oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron.
The first floor has a comfortably furnished lounge with sofas, TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5 and all SKY Channels obtained in Lanzarote), DVD player, audio equipment and picture windows with views across Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas, pool table, table football, darts and patio doors to pool terrace. Wi-Fi is provided at no additional cost.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
