Casa is a lovely house for four people with beautiful outside area and private pool to rent in a peaceful location in the outskirts of the small village of Es Llombards. The sandy beach Cala Llombards is only 5 km away and Santanyi with shops, restaurants and a bustling weekly market is 4.5 km. away.
It’s a charming one-storey country house. Open living/dining room with kitchen area; both with access to the outside. Andreu has two twin bedrooms -one with en suite shower-room. There is another separate shower room.
Beautiful well kept outside area with sun and shadow areas, pool, terrace and barbecue area.
Note: One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning unit, but as it’s close to the living room it gets also air from there.
As the bedrooms are tight, there is no room to place a baby cot. If any is need it, then it would have to be placed in the living room.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
