This is delightful 5 bedroom villa, divided over 3 floors is set in a private and quiet location close to both Kapparis and Pernera areas and with just a 5 minute drive to Protaras, it really is a great central location for exploring. This detached villa has a generous private pool and bathing area with outside BBQ, kitchen and dining areas, plus a grass area perfect for a game of football. Inside the villa is tastefully furnished and the open plan living, dining kitchen area makes it a great entertaining space. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering stay and there is also a twin bedroom on this floor with doors leading outside to the patio and garden area, plus a separate WC. On the first floor you will find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms plus a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Outside from this floor is a lovely covered terrace where you can sit and take in the stunning views out to sea. A further shower room and WC is also located on this floor. On the third floor you will find a cosy double bedroom with wooden ceilings and ensuite shower room. The villa benefits from shuttered doors and windows to keep the rooms nice and cool during the hot summer months and air conditioning throughout. This villa is located centrally between the resort areas of Kapparis and Pernera. Great for families with children, there are numerous sandy beaches nearby and a good selection of restaurants and bars, all within a 15-minute walk. In summary, an excellent villa for families or groups who like their privacy, but are only a short drive from resort centres and beaches!
