This exclusive villa is in Orasac and is close to the outstanding restaurants, bars, shops and recreational facilities along this famous coast. The entire area is surrounded by wonderful and calm nature ideal for outdoor athletes and nature lovers. This newly built villa is a wonderful example of modern and innovative architecture; is spacious and airy, and high ceilings and glass walls give the feeling of freedom and open the view of the Dubrovnik islands.
Amidst a beautiful natural landscape, built on an elevated hillside, the villa provides a high degree of privacy and a fantastic view over the sea and the surrounding coastline. The villa with its high-quality furnishings has been integrated perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape and built on multi-level terraces.
Villa is a modern luxury villa on two floors with 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two extra toilets On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, all the air-conditioned bedrooms have lovely linens with opulent bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool. The rooms offer a stunning view directly of the sea or the surrounding green landscape, while one also has private balcony.
On the ground floor you will find central living area with large comfortable sofas, dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances. On this level there is also bathroom for guests and one twin bedroom with an en- suite bathroom and exit to a shared terrace.
The stunning living area leads to the spacious terrace which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and dining alfresco. The two outside staircases lead to the most interesting part of this beautiful villa with the stunning heated infinity swimming pool. You’ll feel all your worries disappear as you float in the warm water, looking out at a panoramic view of the surroundings.
Around the pool there is sundeck terrace with sunbeds and sunshades, chill out area with outdoor sofas which make the perfect spot for an early morning coffee or a few drinks in the last of the evening sun. Here you will also find time to relax in the sauna.

Dubrovnik riviera is picturesque area lying along the coast, with the gentle and rocky coast abounding in natural bays, with a mixture of pine and olive groves, vineyards and the Mediterraneous bush-covered rock. Dubrovnik region includes basically all areas that were once a part of the Dubrovnik Republic - the lush Elaphite Islands, Peljesac Peninsula, Konavle and Zupa to the east with the lovely town of Cavtat, Trsteno with the famous Arboretum and many seaside places to the west. Orasac is a picturesque town with a nice beach, spring water and ancient olive groves. It is well known for its excursion destination restaurants, in particular the ’Soderini’ castle, once owned by one of the great men of Florence who had to flee his hometown from the Medici family and he found shelter and peace here (16th century). Today, the castle has been repurposed into a hospitality facility.
