Charming upgraded Anaheim home 3/4 mile walk to Disneyland and 1/4 mile walk to Anaheim Convention center. Three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The queen master suite has a private bathroom. The remaining rooms are children’s bedrooms with full over full Bunk Beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43’ TV with cable. The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: oven/stove with range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining room has six seats, with additional seating at the bar. There is plenty of seating in the family room on the sectional sofa. The family room has a TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
- No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
- No outside music, screaming, or yelling
- No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway or approved space
