Charming upgraded Anaheim home is a 1/2 mile walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family. The master bedroom has a queen bed complete with an on-suite. Two children’s bedrooms have Full over Full Bunk Beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43’ plasma TV with basic cable.

The kitchen has granite countertops and custom paneled cabinetry with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Located in the kitchen closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living room has a 51’ plasma TV with basic cable and a blue-ray/DVD player.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
  • No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
  • No outside music, screaming, or yelling
  • No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway or approved space
