When everyone builds up an appetite, a well-appointed chef’s kitchen offers everything you could need to channel your inner chef and prepare exquisite homemade meals and poolside snacks (plus extras like a French door refrigerator and a prep counter that doubles as a breakfast bar). When you come home from a day of adventure, just pull out one of the provided board games and wind down together. Guests can enjoy access to fantastic shared amenities at the Resort Clubhouse during their stay, including a shared hot tub, fitness room, a BBQ area with gas grills, tennis court, on-site golf at Champions Gate, a sand volleyball court, an extensive lazy river, an outdoor pool, a conference room, and a playground. The first bedroom is just to the left as guests come through the front door - it’s a fun superhero-themed bunk room! The second bedroom next door is painted in rich colors and features a ceiling fan for custom comfort. Up the stairs, the third bedroom of the home is just to the right as you come up the stairs. This sophisticated room features a desk workspace, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. Straight across the top of the stairs, the fourth bedroom is a bunk room decorated in a fun Mickey-and-Minnie theme. The hallway’s full bathroom features a similar Mickey Mouse theme and features a standalone shower for guest use. The sixth bedroom is at the end of the hallway. This is the main bedroom of the house and features a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom (featuring a standalone shower). Every bedroom features a flatscreen TV for guest comfort. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
