The luxury Villa, named after its long-time owner, is located in the most elite residential area of Dubrovnik - Ploce, from where it offers an unforgettable view of the Old Town, the island Lokrum and the beach Banje. The history of the villa dates back to the 17th century, since the first traces of existence exist, and all since 1708 is owned by the same family.
The new design and look of the villa has been designed to restore its old glow, but with a modern and functional design and arrangement of space, as well as maintaining the connection with the history of the villa. Old pieces of old-style furniture are restored, and in the long corridors are presented memories of the villa, porcelain and silverware, old photos and small details that marked the lifestyle of the 19th century and 20th century.
The three-story villa spread over 300m² and it is superbly structured and appointed for an inspiring vacation, with multiple terraces, a heated swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a fabulous alfresco kitchen and dining area. Five spacious king bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms in Villa Dubrovnik Supila accommodate families, destination wedding guests, and groups of friends up to ten in size.
On the ground floor stone archway leads into a furnished loggia - open living room with direct sea view, a living room with comfortable dining area with sea view. This open-concept space features a comfortable TV lounge, a circular dining table, and plentiful windows. Soothing white surfaces glow with Adriatic light and showcase the wonderful art collection. There is fully equipped kitchen with view on the main terrace, Old Town and Lokrum island.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has walk in closet, a bathtub and opens to a terrace. They all offer an ensuite bathroom, a beautiful sea view and view on the Old Town and Lokrum island. Two master bedrooms (36 m² and 40 m²) are on the second floor and offer a walk-in closet, a bathtub and magnificent sea view and Old Town view. Unique touches of dazzling artistry include a lush blue tufted headboard and a fabulous wall painting of a seaside scene. The middle floor hallway displays Villa Dubrovnik Supila’s vintage picture collection and antique artifacts.
Villa covers a rich exterior, hidden from any curious views, within the lovely surroundings of beautiful, Mediterranean style. Stunning exterior evoke the timeless charm of Dubrovnik, with beautiful masonry, native trees incorporated into the terraces, and panoramic views of the Old Town and Lokrum Island. There are three terraces where you can hide and relax, savor a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4m) and relax on lounge chairs in the brilliant sun on the spacious terrace. The second terrace offers a spectacular view on the Old Town and here you will find an interesting floor made of sea stones which remained since the villa was built. Stay cool under the pergola in the afternoon, and uncork a bottle of local wine on the sunset terrace. Gather in the dining gloriette on the upper terrace, relishing meals from the barbeque around the wooden table.
