This home sits among the evergreens on the north side of town, with the Glade Trail accessible just up the road. Whether you spend your days skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, you’ll love coming home to an open and airy living space that awaits upstairs on the top floor. This great room features lofty, exposed-beam ceilings, plentiful and generous windows that frame the forest, and a layout that brings together the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. The sleek kitchen features upscale appliances (including a double-drawer refrigerator, a beverage cooler, and a dishwasher), streamlined cabinetry, and seating at both a windowside breakfast bar and a modern dining table. You can also grill and dine outside on the deck in the fresh alpine air.
After dinner each evening, you’ll have your choice of lounge spaces - you can curl up for a movie on the leather sofa in the living room or sip hot cocoa on the deck in the warmth of the fire table. There’s even a studio space on the ground floor with its own sofabed, flatscreen TV, and kitchenette for drinks and popcorn. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find two bedrooms in addition to the studio, each with its own TV to lull you to sleep.
