If you are, however, a fan of swimming in the open water, there are private stairs leading all the way to the sea only 10 m away, just below the villa, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim down on the rocky beach or sunbathe on the concrete sun deck. Outdoor stairs leading from the ground level take you to the ground floor of villa where you will find  a separate air-conditioned apartment featuring a kitchenette, living area with sofa which can be used as extra bed for children, a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Large glass sliding doors connect the interior with covered terraces with furniture and magnificent sea views. Taking the outdoor stairs leading up to the first floor of the villa will bring you to main entrance of Villa. On this level there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining area with a dining table and chairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom with laundry area. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a table and chairs and a stone grill. The terrace area is ideal for summer entertainment, as you can enjoy the best Dalmatian specialties and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the highest floor of the villa. Master bedroom features a king size bed, work desk and TV; the guest room has a queen size bed and a TV while the children’s room features two single beds, a TV and a gallery intended for entertainment and games. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. For those who like to be more active there is gym which is situated on the highest level of the property, and an apartment for staff.
