This quaint beach cottage is located at 141 Smolian Circle on a corner lot and has ample of porch space and a huge yard for the kids to play in. The entry door brings you into the kitchen area, which is equipped with high end appliances looks toward the open concept dining and living area. The dining area has a large, round dining table with seating for seven and the breakfast bar has barstools to seat three. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 26 years of age to make a reservation.
- A copy of your drivers license is required prior to checkin.
- Checkin details will be sent prior to your arrival.
- This property does NOT allow pets!
- Smoking is prohibited.
