Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving. All Guest must register at pool office and pay $85 recreation/parking fee for up to 6 persons/$100 for up to 8 persons per week. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to mid to late September. If pool is not open a $40 parking fee is required. No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
