The Home
Our beautiful flat of 43 m² is located in a residential area very close to the sea in Costa Teguise, 12 minutes walk from the beach. It has one bedroom and sleeps up to four people.
It has been recently refurbished and decorated taking care of every detail to offer a unique experience to our guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The entrance to the flat is through a smart lock, so there is no limitation in the check in time offering more flexibility to our guests. Parties or events are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
One of the highlights is the 8 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and from where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
Among the services of the flat also include internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, outdoor parking in the same building, satellite TV.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Late Check Out (between 14h-17h): 40 EUR per booking.
- Extra Person: 20 EUR per person per day. Max. quantity: 5.
- Late check-in (between 00:00h-7:00h): 50 EUR per booking.

- Late Check Out (between 10:00h-14:00h): 50 EUR per booking.
