All Property Manager stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you’ll need before and during your time with us. We’re also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything.
The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment has a King bed and a full-size pull-out sofa. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in New Orleans! The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed.
