The gorgeous ocean beach, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course are all within easy walking distance of this garden-level condo at the Tennis Club Villas, a prime spot for enjoying the beauties of Kiawah Island all year long. This waterfront villa is beautifully positioned at the lagoon’s edge, with a screened-in porch overlooking the water to welcome you home from your daily excursions.
Step inside to find a recently renovated living space that’s all on one level, with central air conditioning, cool tile floors, and large windows and sliding glass doors that bring in the waterfront view. To your right are an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser, a dishwasher, and an induction range) and a three-person breakfast bar, a window-side dining nook, and a living room with comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Toss the day’s swimsuits in the stackable washer/dryer and spend the evening on the screened-in porch, sipping a glass of wine and observing local wildlife in and around the lagoon. Both bedrooms have views of the lagoon (and flatscreen TVs) as well; the master suite even features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the screened porch.
