Southern Comfort got some nice upgrades completed just in time for the summer season, with all-new decks, remodeled bathrooms, and a new additional half bath. This coastal beach home is located on the canal with access to expansive Back Bay and steps away from the ocean. New ladder added to dock for access to water. Southern Comfort boasts the perfect blend of upscale furnishings, beachy colors, nautical artwork, and sophisticated touches throughout. Six beautiful guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable mattresses and cool paint colors. The bedroom layout makes Southern Comfort a great choice for larger families or several groups to share with bedrooms and baths located on each of the two levels.
The upgraded kitchen has gorgeous quartz counters with stainless steel appliances, and dining options to accommodate your entire group. The spacious main living area has ample seating for everyone to relax and enjoy their time on vacation. The screened porch also offers extended living space for enjoying the evening breeze and reading a good book.
The west-facing upper-level deck allows for views over the backyard and the sparkling pool. The first-floor west-facing deck that leads out to the pool is spacious and shady, making it an ideal place for relaxing, napping, reading a book, and cooling off. For an even better view, the third-floor Eagle’s Nest deck boasts an incredible ocean view and breeze, and a panoramic view - just wait until you see the sunsets!
Rainy days at the beach are no problem, with a converted garage game room that includes board games, movies, books, a Wii gaming system (bring your games), foosball, and a Ping-Pong table. Amenities include TVs in all bedrooms, a pool, poolside basketball, a walkway to dock (new ladder added to dock for access to water) for fishing, crabbing, or launching a kayak (bring or rent your own), new decks, a game room, free WiFi, a gas grill, foosball, and cornhole.
