The Links 12B is a light, bright, and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located on Barony Golf Course in Port Royal. Recently updated with wood tile flooring throughout the living area and primary bedroom, plus new carpet in the master bedroom. This home is a tastefully furnished home-away-from-home with a designer feel.
Enter the home by ascending the eight steps up into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The living room includes comfortable furnishings that include a wet bar, a large wall-mounted smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. The screened porch and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. You’ll also find a high-top table and chairs. With all this, the screened porch is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy quiet time, watch golfers, or dine alfresco.
The kitchen is well-equipped and updated to include granite counters, all new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating. The dining area is off the kitchen, a perfect place to share family-style meals.
The spacious primary bedroom features a wall-mounted TV and en-suite bath with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a window seat, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a TV and is connected to the hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
The laundry room, located at the back of the kitchen, has a full-size washer/dryer. A three-burner gas grill (located in the carport) is included for easy outdoor cooking. The property features a carport and the use of a golf cart, when available, to travel to nearby Islanders Beach Park.
Islander Beach Park, less than a mile away, can be reached with a quick bike ride or by taking a nice stroll. The park has a playground with restroom facilities and showers. The Westin Resort, with restaurants, shopping, and resort facilities is just minutes away by car, bike, or a short walk.

Guests are welcome to make local use of the golf cart, with the provision that South Carolina law requires all drivers to have a valid driver’s license. The golf cart is registered and includes parking access for the Islanders Beach golf cart parking area.
