Ocean Club
An unbeatable beachfront setting awaits at Ocean Club 1301, where panoramic views of soft sand and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean extend for as far as the eye can see. This oceanfront condo is beautifully furnished in a comfortable/contemporary style, creating the perfect home base for days spent swimming, golfing, fishing, and boating around Isle of Palms.
The air-conditioned interior is a beautiful palette of soft grays and whites, with touches of wainscoting and subway tile throughout. The open layout seamlessly flows from the elegant kitchen to the dining room and wet bar to the oceanfront living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the beach and the shaded deck just outside. The kitchen is fit for a chef, offering stainless steel appliances (including a French door refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser and a dishwasher), plentiful cabinet and counter space, and a breakfast bar for four. The adjacent dining room has a farm-style table for eight, a bistro table for four, and a well-equipped wet bar with a wine fridge and a sink. You can even bring your drinks and dessert outside to the oceanfront deck at golden hour, and spend your evenings curled up on the living room sofas in front of the big-screen, wall-mounted TV.
At night, as the day’s swimsuits and towels spin in the washer/dryer, you’ll find that each of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV - with two of those bedrooms opening to outdoor deck space. An additional perk as of Fall 2023, the bathroom is completely remodeled!
As part of the Ocean Club Villas, this oceanfront condo is located directly on the beach in Isle of Palms, with a gorgeous saltwater pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, and multiple grilling areas on the grounds of the property. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is less than a quarter-mile up the road, and the Wild Dunes Marina can be reached in a five-minute drive. If you’re looking to take a day trip, the heart of downtown Charleston - with its storied history and world-famous restaurants - is only 17 miles west.
